Elie Saab ('ES'), Lebanon 1964-07-04, fashion designer.

Launched his own fashion label in Beirut in 1982 when he was not even 20 years old. Even if Elie Saab has the favours of many celebrity|celebreties around the world, his main workshop remains in Lebanon, a country to which he is deeply attached. He also has workshops in Milan and Paris.

Elie Saab is completely self-made, never had any training of any sort. He started sewing as a child, because he loved it, and knew very young that one day, he would make a living out of it. His creations, whether haute couture or ready-to-wear, can be found all over the world.
