Mame Madior Boye (born 1940) is a former Prime Minister of Senegal. She was appointed to the position by President of Senegal|President Abdoulaye Wade following the resignation of Moustapha Niasse. Boye, unlike Niasse, belonged to President Wade's Senegalese Democratic Party|Democratic Party, and her new cabinet was dominated by members of this group. Boye and her government were dismissed by the President on 4 November 2002. Later, in September 2004, Boye was named as the African Union's Special Representative for the Protection of Civilians in Armed Conflict.
